**The Head of Jewish Life ELC - 12**

Join one of the top schools in New South Wales.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the vision for the Jewish Life programs and curriculum of this College in line with their Leading and Learning Educational Package and the College’s strategic vision. The Head of Jewish Life ELC - 12 is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Jewish Life teams across Junior and Senior School and will serve as a member of the College Executive with responsibilities across the College.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the delivery of Jewish Life, formal and informal studies across the College.
- Work collaboratively with secular staff and look for opportunities to bring Judaism and Israel into their curriculum areas.
- In conjunction with the College Principal, be involved in appointing new staff in the Jewish Life team and assist with the allocation of their teaching loads.
- Work with the Jewish Life Formal and Informal staff to submit an annual budget request for the Jewish Life department, discussing matters when necessary with the College Principal and Business Administrator.
- Assist the College Principal when requested with issues and strategic planning for future development, in conjunction with the College Executive.
- Oversee the planning and organisation of the Jewish Life events, on and off campus, including incursions, excursions, MIT, Pathways camps and Shabbatons.
- This role carries a Jewish Studies and Hebrew teaching component that will be negotiated with the College Principal.

**Salary**: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
