**About BLOOM.**

BLOOM is a boutique recruitment business with two key components; recruitment and advisory (which we can expand on in our chat). We have remained purposefully small since we started the business a number of years ago, with a view to not only develop a strong offering and world class delivery for our Clients, but to also ensure we have the capacity to truly invest in our people and ensure they get the attention and support they deserve and/or need.

We have a national presence, with Clients across NSW, QLD, VIC and WA. Whilst we do a good portion of work in the start up and scale up space (with some incredibly exciting and well know brands), we also have long standing, exclusive working relationships with large, enterprise Clients.

Head officed in Brisbane CBD, we are truly an outcomes focused business. You won't be bound by hard and fast KPI's, as an outcomes focused business, we understand that a different approach, can still achieve some stellar results.

**About the Role.**

Initially a 3-6 month contract, with the possibility of extension, this role will work on a key project, with one of our key Advisory Clients, who are on the cusp of significant, international expansion.

The goal for this Client, will be working closely with their senior and executive leadership teams, to establish and deliver effective, scalable internal HR, Recruitment and People and Culture systems and processes.

This will include, but not be limited to, working with the internal stakeholders to determine the current 'lay of the land', in terms of systems, processes and procedures, perceived limitations and R&D into better systems in market.

In addition, you'll be a pivotal player in implementing those new systems, establishing new policies, procedures and manuals and training the Senior and Executive leadership teams on the effective establishment and delivery of all.

You'll also be involved in talent acquisition at a localised level, guiding the leadership team through an effective recruitment, onboarding and induction process.

**About You.**

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience within a HR Advisor role, with responsibility across both HR functions and talent acquisition.

A formal qualification in HR, IR, ER or similar will also be required for this role.

Prior experience in greenfield environments, and/or the ability to showcase where you have successfully implemented new HR or recruitment systems, processes and procedures will be highly advantageous.

An individual of 'high agency', you will thrive in highly autonomous environments and have a true passion for building relationships with your Clients, stakeholders and peers. You will have a high degree of people patience, and the ability to communicate with influence, at all levels.

Most importantly, we love a bit of a laugh, so it would be right up our alley if you had a great sense of humor (or at the very least didn't mind having a chuckle over the daily banter).

Lastly, you will be someone who is results driven, thinks outside of the box and will be well aligned with ensuring you deliver a world class solutions to business challenges across all things HR, Recruitment and People and Culture (with out support alongside you, of course).
