Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking to appoint a National Card Sales Manager to drive the growth of the Caltex StarCard program. Reporting to the Fuels Retail Manager, this exciting opportunity will ideally be based in Brisbane with regular interstate travel.

**Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to**:
**Drive StarCard Sales growth**
- Drive the growth of fleet card program. Develop and execute a Starcard sales growth plan in line with the overall card sales and marketing strategy with the key focus on improving card utilization.
- Ensure the delivery of agreed customer performance targets and ensure both the card customer and Chevron’ commitments are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Engage with Retail Partners, COCO Sites, Marketing team and Outbound Call team to generate leads and foster the development of the StarCard business.
- Manage contracted Card Sales field team to achieve sales KPIs

**Account Management**
- Coordinates and collaborates effectively with Retail Sales team, COCO team, Distributors Sales teams, and WEX to provide Card Service support and enable efficient cards operation for Fuel card business.
- Key point of contact with WEX and drives improved service from WEX.

**Product Development**
- Assist with the development of compelling fleet card offer. Lead (with support of regional teams) strategy work to review options for fleet card technology offering, credit options, innovations etc.
- Working closely with sales teams, marketing teams and product owners to build offer development plan and assist with implementation.

**OPT Network Management**
- Responsible for OPT network to ensure each site is functioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Support on promotional activities targeted at our Fleet Card customers. Management of divestment of assets as directed.

**Knowledge, skills, and experience**:

- Previous experience with payments ideally in fuels fleet cards
- Background in Retail, Sales, or Marketing and experience managing customers
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent people skills and able to work with diverse groups
- Demonstrated good teamwork abilities
- Performance driven, self-motivated and solution orientated
