**A little snapshot of the role**

Are you interested in building a career in Property and Facilities? This is an exciting role for someone early in their career looking to develop their experience within a large corporate.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, has great stakeholder management skills and like to multi
- take to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our Corporate Office.

As a creative and energetic team player, you’ll bring excellent client service and communication skills to the table. You’ll need to juggle a variety of issues concurrently and be able to hand pressure with ease - all while working independently.

**The workplace coordinator is a permanent full-time position based in our Melbourne office.**

**Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Manage property services, including reactive and preventative maintenance in Melbourne Office
- Ensure accuracy of Property Compliance activities and reporting for corporate offices
- Support National workplace manager with space, headcount and churn reporting and analysis
- Maintain security compliance for employees and visitors, participate in audits, manage fire warden list and training, and contractors for cleaning/Property matters

**You will be/have**:

- A wizard with Microsoft Outlook, Windows and Excel
- You’re an excellent communicator with great listening skills, and you know how to keep things confidential.
- You’re a pro at time management, able to prioritise your workload and manage multiple tasks with ease. Whether you’re working solo or as part of a team, you’re ready to take on any challenge.
- You’re self-motivated, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Plus, you’re always looking for ways to improve and grow - Flexibility and adaptability are key.
