**The Opportunity**
As a Workforce Planner for Amplar Health you will be integral to the delivery of optimised workforce planning for clinicians working across various Health programs.
You will play a critical role in analysing, forecasting & planning workforce supply and demand for frontline healthcare staff while supporting internal operations in the pursuit of optimisation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Workforce Planning, you will also:
- Drive commercial benefits through implementing “best practice” workforce planning optimisation.
- Manage the end-to-end forecasting, scheduling, and tactical optimisation for your assigned work groups to deliver a consistently and reliably safe and efficient service in the contacts of contractual commitment.
- Report and communicate on emerging trends and anomalies including adherence, shrinkage, occupancy, performance, and productivity, staffing or service trends.
- Foster innovation, fine-tune tools, explore technological modernisation, and creatively enhance processes to consistently drive improved client outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to work collaboratively and deliver excellence in customer service and KPIs attainment.
- Provide both formal and informal narrative and graphical representation of resource plan assumptions, logic, calculations, variations and associated staffing strategies and mitigation tactics.
This is a full-time permanent position that offers the flexibility to work from home and/or from one of our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
**About you**
You are a problem solver, analytical, enjoy working with data and use initiative to manage issues, drive outcomes and process improvements across the business.
You will also bring to the role:
- Minimum 3-5 years of workforce planning and optimisation experience in large, complex Omni-channel Contact Centres, relevant experience in the healthcare industry would be favourable.
- Experienced in all aspects of workforce planning fundamentals of the contact centre
- Knowledge and proficiency of Alvaria eWFM is highly desirable, or alternate WFP software expertise is essential.
- Experience in modelling and analytical aptitude and proven experience of producing reports, analysis, and numerically intensive work.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel), as well an ability to source and interpret data via various reporting methodologies and tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
