**Are you ready to take on the role of an IT Digital Specialist?**

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to manage and execute the Oceania IT Digital Everyday AI strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing and coordinating training programs, assessing the adoption of digital solutions, and supporting the evolution of our Everyday AI solutions.

You'll collaborate with our Global IT Product Owners and work closely with our HR Learning & Development team to ensure alignment on our Digital Change Management & Communications Plan.

**A day in the life**

**Development and Implementation**
- Your main focus will be executing our IT Digital Everyday AI roadmap and making sure it reaches the right people.
- You'll also be in charge of maintaining our digital material and ensuring it's effective and relevant to our Oceania Digital Mindset & Technology strategy.
- We'll need your help in finding ways to increase the usage and adoption rate of our IT Digital Everyday AI technologies.
- And you'll be responsible for delivering new and emerging IT Digital Everyday AI technologies.
- We'll rely on your feedback from Oceania to drive the evolution of our Digital Everyday AI solutions and add value to our business.
- Recommend improvements to the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of Digital Everyday AI through emerging technology.

**Education, Adoption and Change Management**
- Creating understanding among employees is crucial, so we'll need you to establish an Oceania Digital Everyday AI community of best practice change agents.
- You'll also have the opportunity to develop and coordinate IT Digital Everyday AI learning and training events for our Oceania workforce, in collaboration with our HR Learning & Development team.
- We're all about smooth transitions and enthusiasm, so you'll be working on a structured change management methodology to ensure everyone is excited about adopting the digital change.
- Tracking and reporting the usage and adoption of our Oceania IT Digital Everyday AI solutions will also be part of your role. And of course, you'll be on the lookout for opportunities to increase the usage and adoption rate of our IT Digital Everyday AI technologies.

**What will make you successful**
- We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in either Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- If you have 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, creative content development, learning and training, coaching, social media awareness, and you're highly skilled in Microsoft AI solutions, then you're the perfect fit for us
- You should be familiar with working in an agile environment, collaborating with external partners, and communicating effectively with different organizational levels in English.
- Being able to collaborate in a global organization and with virtual teams is also a plus.
- We need someone who knows how to manage IT products, use agile IT methods and strategies to create value through IT solution adoption. You should have the skills to analyze and plan for their delivery and execution.
- If you're digitally savvy, have a positive attitude, a passion for digital innovation, and an interest in staying on trend with emerging digital media technology, then we want you on our team
- Your proactive approach and enthusiasm for staying ahead of digital trends will be key in driving our initiatives forward.
