Position Details
- Support the coordination, collection, collation and analysis of data as part of the evaluation and review program.
- Contribute to the planning and conduct of system wide evaluations and reviews of emergency management sector capacity, capability and performance in support of sustainable improvement.
- Support the identification of emergency management system performance issues, risks and trends.
- Fixed term, full-time VPS4 opportunity.

About the role
Reporting to the Manager Evaluation and Review, the Evaluation and Review Project Officer supports the coordination, collection, collation and analysis of data as part of the evaluation and review program and contributes to the planning and conduct of system wide evaluations and reviews of the emergency management sector.

About you

**This role is ideal for someone with**:

- Demonstrated project management skills and experience including document management, and project monitoring and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to review and critically assess information.
- Demonstrated ability to use and maintain information systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector would be an advantage.

How to apply

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:
The department is committed to providing and maintaining a working environment which is safe and without risk to the health of its employees consistent with the department's obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic). Therefore, there is a requirement that all DJCS employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to undertake duties outside of their homes.

At interview stage and prior to commencement of employment with the department, you will need to provide evidence that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 with three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of three doses of
