How you can help make a better world of work

As Culture Amp grows, managing projects across our business and delivering impactful change are all part of the day-to-day work of the Project Manager.

As a project manager, you will help us shape, plan, and manage the delivery to ensure projects are successfully completed and transitioned to operations.

Collaborating with other teams, you will also have the opportunity to shape our project management practices, ensuring that we have an efficient project portfolio management framework to deliver projects in the most impactful way and realise their benefits.

You will

  • Plan the project: Analyse project briefs to plan timeline, budget, resources, and process required to deliver the project.
  • Collaborate to deliver: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and other related activities, and then coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Remove ambiguity: Provide guidance to project team members through the project lifecycle, including a clear outline of the work plan, ensuring project teams are clear on their responsibilities, scope of their authority, and facilitate effective, timely and transparent decision making practices.
  • Keep stakeholders informed: Implement a frequent and concise communication plan, including regular reporting on project progress / statuses into the Workplace Portfolio and other stakeholders.
  • Be technically savvy: Gain familiarity of our technology stack through collaboration with application owners, architecture and engineers, in particular our core technology systems and platforms.

You have

  • Proven experience coordinating and/or managing technical projects that creates impactful change, from its inception through to transition to operations and realizing benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with analytical skills to create realistic project delivery plans.

You are

  • Biased for action and able to work autonomously, constantly delivering impactful change by bringing others on the journey.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, being able to think through options and create plans to bring clarity.
  • Passionate and inquisitive about business capabilities, technology and how they fit together to support efficient business processes that improve the way we work.

We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success. We're committed to fostering a work environment that truly cares for and develops its people, and creates lasting positive impact. In addition to providing a competitive compensation package, some of the key benefits we offer are:

  • Employee Share Options Program: We empower you to be an owner in Culture Amp and share in our success.
  • Programs, coaching, and budgets to help you thrive personally and professionally.
  • Access to external providers for mental wellbeing and coaching support to sustain the wellbeing, safety and development of our people.
  • Monthly Camper Life Allowance: An automatic allowance paid out each month with your pay - you can spend it however you like to help improve your experience and life outside work.
  • Team budgets dedicated to team building activities and connection.
  • Intentional quarterly wellbeing pauses: A quarterly company-wide shutdown day in each region to collectively pause, reset and focus on restoration and rest, without having to tap into individual vacation time.
  • Extended year-end breaks: An extended refresh period at the end of year.
  • Excellent parental leave and in work support program available from day 1 of joining Culture Amp.
  • 5 Social Impact Days a year to make a positive impact on the community outside of work.
  • MacBooks for you to do your best & a work from home office budget to spend on setting up your home office.
  • Medical insurance coverage for you and your family (Available for US & UK only).

Additionally, we don't just focus on our internal community; we believe in creating a better world of work for all. We're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with Employee Resource Groups and ally communities in place.

We have a strong commitment to Anti-Racism, and endeavor to lead by example. Every step we make as a business towards anti-racism is another step we can take to support our customers in making a better world (of work).
