**The Role**
This role is a part-time permanent position and is a key person within the team in our Security Officers & Patrols Department, reporting to the General Manager, Security Officers & Patrols.

As a Projects Administrator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Security Officers & Patrol team to facilitate effective and efficient workflow for day-to-day activities by coordinating and maintaining all process improvement initiatives. You will demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensure execution of project deliveries achieved on time, within budget and as required.

In this role, you will support several key functions including, but not limited to:

- Work with the department team members to develop and implement strategies and processes to attract, manage and improve the employee experience of our Guards division.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with contemporary practices and legislation
- Maintain and monitor projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Form a project calendar for goals and objectives.
- Prepare the required resources and material for the projects.
- Ensure all stakeholders views are managed towards the best and safe solution.
- Document and provide minutes to all projects.
- Support with drafting reports, presentations and other documents as needed for meeting and projects.
- Prepare and summarize projects with updates when required.
- Assist with workforce coordination including organising internal communications and preparing employee’s documentation with confidentiality.
- Maintain client’s records, quotations and specific requirements linked to their contract.
- Communicate contract status and updates to relevant people and departments.
- Maintain accurate and up to date files & data of our clients.
- Assist in processing financial information including invoices and payments.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to enhance decision making.

This is a part-time position. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (_flexibility with hours_)

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with numerous tasks at once. In addition, you also have the following:

- Experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
- Excellent time management able to meet deadlines
- Being proactive in anticipating needs, taking initiative and addressing potential challenges
- Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong communication and collaboration.
- Positive attitude and willingness to perform a variety of tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work unsupervised and take initiative
