**Role & Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, providing comprehensive and quality bank services and products to corporate customers;
- Manage and grow the portfolio of existing corporate customers;
- Implement post-lending management: timely report customers’ credit profile change and adjust lending strategies accordingly;
- Liaise with internal departments and H.O. to ensure the Bank’s services are provided and delivered;
- Provide advice and suggestions that may improve business performance.
- More senior RM's to support Business Development functions in addition

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Mandarin Speaking highly regarded
- Experience in Corporate/Institutional Banking, Relationship Management or Credit Analysis highly regarded
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or a relevant discipline
