- Culture Video: “The best place I’ve ever worked” || Working at BLANK THEORY
**Culture**:
At Blank Theory, being part of the team comes with a host of perks. Whether you’re a coffee aficionado, keen for that 9 am fix or crave a late-night D&D session, there’s something for everyone at BT.
Things are laid back at our headquarters — it’s not unusual for the basketball or grid-iron to be playing on a screen as we tick things off our lists. Days in the office feel more like hanging out with friends than 9-5, thanks to communal lunches and easy banter ranging from the latest games to absurd hypothetical theories on time and space. Chat is encouraged — the heads-down, only work-related conversation approach doesn’t do it for us. We love that so many of our colleagues are firm friends, catching up on the regular. Don’t get drawn into the ‘Who makes the best coffee?’ debate without being ready to defend your position.
If you want to skip the commute or need extra space to get into the zone, feel free to work from home We know you’ve got the skills to get the work done, and if things get messy, your colleagues have got your back. Together, we can find solutions — no one should be struggling on their own. Just send our team a message or set up a call to hash things out.
And since ‘all work, no play’ is never a good idea, you can look forward to regular events with your office faves. From escape rooms to board game nights to even a relaxing morning of yoga and meditati
