Reporting to the Managing Director for ANZ, you will lead and inspire the Australia and New Zealand “Service” arm of the business. You will drive results through business growth, customer loyalty and operational excellence.

You will use your leadership ability and commercial acumen to engage operational, sales and technical support teams across multiple sites, providing alignment and direction to a workforce of approximately 700.

- Lead the service business by promoting and ensuring profitable growth across maintenance and repairs of KONE elevators, escalators and doors
- Launch and implement new and innovative service offerings and new ways of working
- Execute business development initiatives and improve customer-centricity, operational excellence, market share and profitability
- Be part of a winning ANZ leadership team with a transformation agenda
- Create meaningful relationships with other regional directors, functional heads and global leadership

- Demonstrated prior success in customer-facing leadership roles gained within service related industries, with sales and operational experience
- Degree qualified in engineering, business, commerce or other relevant tertiary qualifications
- Prior experience in sales and operational management with full P&L responsibility
- Skilled at strategic business planning, governance and project-management
- Able to inspire trust and engage authentically from frontline to boardroom through various channels
- Ability to navigate and influence peers and stakeholders through a matrix work environment
- A winning attitude with an outside-in thinking mindset
