**About The Company**:
Our client is one of Brisbane's leading providers of polished concrete services. They have a passion for providing premier concrete polishing and grinding services of the highest quality to their clients who include high-end builders and architects.

**About The Opportunity**:
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Provide administration support to the operations manager and office/project management
- Be a friendly first point of contact for builders, customers and suppliers
- Assist customers with bookings, and enquiries from initial contact to final invoice
- Maintain office supplies and upkeep of the office
- Measurement of plans and enter data in software for quoting

**About You**:

- 2+ years experience in an administrative role
- Construction industry experience (desirable)
- Strong computer skills incl MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Typing speed of 60wpm+, with a very high level of accuracy

You will also have:

- The ability to multitask with excellent organisational skills
- Active listening and communication skills
- A warm, engaging and professional telephone manner
