**Job description - Customer Success Assistant**
In this role, the focus will be on consistently improving customer's experience, helping them to achieve success with the digital platform. Along with onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support for the customer base, you will also need to be proactive and able to identify areas for improvement. This organisation works in partnership with their customers to support what they do, making their lives a little easier.
**Key responsibilities - Customer Success Assistant**
- Providing direct customer support over the phone and via a shared inbox - writing comprehensive, respectful and helpful answers in response to incoming customer queries.
- Providing usage data, top tips and best practice examples to our customers by assisting with the creation of annual usage reports.
- Share responsibility for a small customer base to start developing your customer success skills
- Ownership and updating of the data and information used to benchmark customer activity.
- Configuring customer site mock-ups - this will benefit from a creative eye and some lateral thought as well as giving you hands-on experience with our client's products
- Reviewing and tracking customer engagement activities
- Assist with the admin and organisation of customer training sessions

- Customer Success Assistant**
- A willingness to learn, you enjoy learning about niche things and constantly growing your knowledge.

- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions intuitively
- Experience in customer service or involvement in university clubs/societies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to simply explain complex ideas.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset - no two days are the same
- You thrive working autonomously
- Flexibility to work with staff in other territories, which can involve early starts or evening calls.
