As a key member in a team of 7, reporting to our Senior Customer Success Manager, you will contribute to delivering world-class customer service to our valued customers. Leveraging our Customer Success technology and in-house systems, you will ensure a seamless, top-tier experience for our customers, helping drive operational excellence.

Based in Brisbane, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement - spend four days in our state-of-the-art Eagle Farm office and enjoy the flexibility of working from home every Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer queries
- Work with global Customer Success teams to resolve problems
- Manage customer expectations
- Purchase order management
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding bookings, new orders, status updates, tracking, billing and transport
- Liaise with overseas agents for booking controls
- Preparation and management of reports

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Cargowise experience/familiarity
- Ability to simultaneously manage numerous relationships
- Effective issue management and problem-solving skills
