The Library is seeking to fill a non-ongoing, **Executive Level 1** leadership role in the Trove Partnerships Section of the Collaboration Branch. This is an expected non-ongoing vacancy until 31 August 2024 with a possibility of extension.

The **Assistant Director, Project Communications and Stakeholder Liaison** will undertake work that is complex in nature to support delivery of the Trove Metadata Management Project.

The Assistant Director, Project Communications and Stakeholder Liaison develops, manages and maintains a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships in collaboration with the Trove Partnerships and Trove Data Support teams.

The role works closely with the Assistant Director Trove Partnership Liaison and the Trove Metadata Project Product Owner to liaise with stakeholders and develop strategic communications to facilitate cross-branch project development and collaboration. Collaboratively, they undertake complex and sensitive tasks under broad direction and engage with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for the Branch.
You will manage and coordinate strategic stakeholder liaison and coordinate effective project communication. This includes:

- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and delivering communication activities for the Trove Metadata Project that align with broader Branch communication scheduling.
- Demonstrating high level coordination, organisational and time management skills to manage program of work and meet project milestones.
- Developing and delivering online and face to face training programs for stakeholders.
