Customer Service and Administration Officer

**Our client is looking for a Administration Assistant come customer service officer to help with customer service queries and perform data entry.**
**Pay rate: $33.76 per hour**
**Role will also include**:
- Provide administrative support to the Manager, Coordinator and Supervisors of the Waste Services Department
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge on the administrative and customer service matters for which the Unit is responsible
- Continually improve and contribute to the development of administrative and customer service techniques and practices.
- Undertake other duties as directed
- Demonstrated experience in a customer focused environment
- Ability to self-manage workloads
- Be a team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to obtain a valid Police Check
- Be vaccinated in line with the governments guidelines
