**Close**: 2 April 2023As a Team Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day people management across the IRT Illawarra Home Care team to ensure efficient performance from frontline staff.
- Location based in the IRT Illawarra Home Care office in Woonona**Your work may include**:

- Lead, coach and mentor the team in the delivery and execution of IRT Home Care services
- Manage the availability, skill and performance of care workers to support effective rostering outcomes Work with IT systems to maintain accurate records and processing of time and attendance
- Monitor all relevant touch points in the customer journey to ensure staff are focused on the target customer experience
- Lead and coordinate all team meetings
- Ensure appropriate and efficient use of employee resources whilst managing the resourcing model that forecasts supply and demand

**To be successful you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications (post-secondary) e.g. Certificate IV in relevant industry, Aged Care or Disability (Desirable)
- Diploma or higher qualification in Management and Leadership or working towards
- Proven experience and achievements in leading and managing a team
- Proven verbal and written communication skills including experience in writing reports and correspondence
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and effective stakeholder liaison skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and to work self-directed in line with operational priorities
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work with limited direction
