**Job Title**: Customer Service Facilities

**Location**: Town Hall, Sydney CBD

As a Customer Service Facility Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient and effective operations of the community venues for hire. The community venues for hire contribute to the clients vision for a socially just and inclusive city by providing the broader community with access to a variety of venue spaces for a diverse range of activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with the Area Manager and supporting the day to day administration operations for hiring of venues,
- Supporting the development and implementation of appropriate bookings and other processes and systems to support access,
- Maintaining excellent customer service relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including venues team members, hirers and contractors to ensure we respond to customer and community needs and expectations,
- Undertaking a range of day-to-day and administrative duties to ensure the safe and effective operations of venues,
- Understand and effectively communicate information about our products/services, promotions, and policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports and data entry,
- Keep up-to-date with venue knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the operations of customer service and venue hire.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous data entry experience.
- Ability to work in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current NSW Drivers License.
- Current Australian Police Check or willing to obtain.
