**Your new company**
Our client is a Public Practice Accounting firm based in the Robina/Varsity Lakes area. They pride themselves on providing quality services to all their clients. A need has arisen for an experienced Client Services Administrator to jump into the role with a can-do attitude to assist their team of accountants and liaise directly with clients.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you providing excellent administration assistance to the Directors and senior Accountants.
- Preparing general correspondence
- Data entry - income tax returns, BAS, IAS
- Client liaison - greeting clients, answering any queries about their file and managing appointments
- Lodgements for the ATO
- Preparing invoices
- Maintaining the client database
- ASIC compliance
- Bookkeeping duties as required (trainable)
- General administrative duties as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience in Client Services working for an Accounting firm is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills - essential
- Attention to detail & pride in appearance
- Can-do attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
