We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Training & Certification Team in the role of AAI Program Specialist. You will work directly with AWS and Training Partner Instructors providing functional support to ensure that we deliver a high quality, fast resolution customer experience. Working with AAI Program Managers you will help drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customer’s technical support experience. You will have excellent communication skills and proven operations experience in the IT/Channel sector. To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated, creative and a self-starter who is able to think big, execute flawlessly and stay focused on the details.

This position must be based near any Australia AWS office including Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to instructor skillset, onboarding, content update and other operational requests
- Serve as the point of contact for AWS Authorized Instructor (AAI) support questions.
- Administrative onboarding, maintenance and suspension of Instructor profiles in Grimsby IMT, VitalSource Explore and LMS
- AAI Certification tracking
- Quarterly AAI benefits distribution
- Conduct annual AAI compliance audit
- Assist AAI Program Managers with ad-hoc reporting and other duties
- Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services or Cloud Computing concepts.
- Marketing, operations and training delivery experience.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
