National Storage is in an exciting growth phase and is looking to expand the People and Culture function to better support continuous improvement in all areas of the business.

The Recruitment Business Partner will play a key role in recruitment and retention activities necessary to achieve business objectives. This role will proactively source and attract the best talent to the National Storage brand and ensure placement and successful integration of great people.

**What does Success Look Like?**
Reporting into the General Manager, People & Culture, this role involves working closely with leaders to ensure best practice processes are in place for the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and ongoing retention of our team. You will provide credible advice to leaders across the business and be a trusted advisor. This is a highly autonomous role where you will “own” recruitment and drive initiatives.

**Day-to-Day You Will be Responsible for**:

- In conjunction with leaders, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives and continually develop and improve our recruitment processes.
- Maintain currency with labor market trends and the various factors nationally and globally that impact on recruitment, retention, engagement and employment generally across Australia and New Zealand.
- Liaise closely with leaders to understand recruitment requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
- Coordinate with leaders across the business to forecast future hiring needs.
- Work closely with the wider People and Culture team and relevant leaders to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for new starters, which ensures they are warmly welcomed and thoroughly inducted into the business.
- Assist with the design and implementation of People and Culture initiatives across the business.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3-5 years of recruitment/onboarding experience in a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition role.
- An understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, engagement and retention factors.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders up to the executive level.
- Time management and organisation comes naturally to you matched with the ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- You have a high focus on ‘care’ and demonstrate a positive, inclusive and collaborative approach.

- You bring a sense of fun to everything you do.
