Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Executive Assistant on a contract for 3 - 6 months

**Position Overview**

Working closely with the CEO and Executive Manager to provide high level advice and support including:

- Manage the flow and exchange of information between the CEO, Executive Manager and Senior Leaders, across the enterprise, external stakeholders, other government agencies and the public.
- Manage the CEOs inbox maintaining mailbox hygiene, filing and archiving.
- Manage the CEOs diary through prioritising all incoming enquiries, including travel arrangements and appointments.
- Manage and assist team meetings and Division events; this includes scheduling, ordering catering (if required), drive agendas and provide secretariat support.
- Examine, assess and prioritise correspondence and documentation for attention and action, ensuring information is comprehensive, complete and any preceding requirements have been properly undertaken.
- Coordinate reporting for Executive approval, including ministerial correspondence; Senate Estimates; Questions on Notice; Freedom of Information requests and searches and Divisional, Executive and Board reporting.
- Manage purchase orders and corporate credit card reconciliation.
- Provide secretariat support to the internal committees.
- Provide reception support and share duties across the Executive Support team.
- Mentor other members of the Executive Support team, as required

Actively participate in the development and implementation of policies, guidelines and other resources that deliver business outcomes.

Actively promote and role model the organisation's values of Respect Integrity, Excellence and Teamwork, and contribute to positive organisational change, effective communication, and continuous improvement.

Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team/organisation, establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with key internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver high quality business outcomes.
