I am currently partnering with one of Queensland's largest employers to recruit an experienced HR Process Analyst on an initial 12-month day rate contract + likely extensions based in Brisbane's CBD.

Reporting directly to the Solution Lead, this is an exciting opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with business stakeholders to support and influence the design and delivery of a fully integrated enterprise platform for HRIS through to the realisation of a targeted suite of strategic benefits and key business outcomes.

You will have responsibility to lead the documentation of end-to-end business processes, as well as evaluation of both functional and technical services required to deliver business outcomes across the Workday project. A broad and deep level of knowledge across the areas of Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management and Workforce Management and Payroll is highly desirable.

About the Role

Collaborate with other project streams to ensure the Workday / HRIS design is aligned with the envisioned Target Operating Model for People & Culture;
Contribute towards the end-to-end business process maps capturing codesigned Workday processes, on & off system steps and integration to downstream systems;
Perform analysis and help with driving adequate solutions for problems being escalated to the solutions stream;
Influence solution design decisions;
Help guiding functional and technical designs and outcomes; and

Adopt a results-focused approach with an ability to quickly identify blockers and to work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to find solutions.

Superior knowledge of HR business processes;
Ability to analyse related complex business scenarios;
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to negotiate persuasively to influence commitment to agreed outcomes;
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment; and

Commitment to support the development a thriving integrated project team, aligned to the program ethos of promoting a positive culture and employee experience from within.

Highly Desirable

Formal qualifications in Human Resource Management, Human Capital Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred;
Prior experience in supporting a successful HRIS project;
Experience with business process mapping; and

Proven track record of supporting project delivery within health care or hospitals.
