**_Your opportunity _**

We are hiring for various Customer Experience roles within our Customer Care Centre (call centre) offering the perfect chance to spread the joy, shine, gain valuable experience, and kickstart your career with us.

We focus on delivering the highest quality customer experience to hundreds of thousands of customers across Australia and New Zealand. Our approach is people-first, ensuring unforgettable moments during the holiday season. So, bring your Christmas cheer and be a part of the magic that makes our customers' Christmas truly special

**_So, what sets our team members apart? _**
- Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and finding prompt and effective solutions.
- Always willing to go above and beyond for our customers and retailers, making a positive difference to their day.
- Embody patience, empathy and know how to remain calm and resilient within a fast-paced call centre environment. Inquisitive ‘think outside the box’ and think on your feet.
