**The Role**

The City of Whittlesea is committed to providing a high and consistent approach to customer experience across all services. The Customer Experience Case Advisor will be responsible for conducting regular root cause investigations into trending customer issues and insights from Councils various customer channels to readily identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction across all Council services.

In addition, the Customer Experience Case Advisor will support Council in resolving and managing compliance to Victorian Ombudsman complaints and enquiries, as well as adherence to Council’s Unreasonable Complainant Conduct Guidelines.
