**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

The Property Advisor is a key role within the Strategic Property Unit that is responsible for managing Council’s Property Portfolio and with a particular emphasis on managing Council’s leases and licences, providing guidance and advice to peers relating to land transactions and processes (including processes that relate to roads) and working on the delivery of exciting projects that are closely aligned with Council’s core objectives.

**About you**
This is an exciting role for someone with experience in property administration and management who has a demonstrated appreciation for importance of working with peers to achieve efficient and justifiable outcomes for our community.

Relevant qualifications are important and is your experience in property, report writing, exposure to policy and perspective.
