**Description**:
THE ROLE

Have you had enough on doing vehicle servicing, engine oil changes, transmission replacement, doing head gaskets? Do you find enjoyment & satisfaction on working on vehicle's suspension? Think of 4x4 suspension lift kits, upper control arms, brake upgrade kits. GVM upgrade kits. Performance lowering suspension, how to get a vehicle driving well by good wheel alignment.

Exciting opportunities exist for passionate Automotive Mechanic / Suspension Technician to join our Sydney workshop.

All of our workshops see a good mix of performance, 4x4, as well as passenger cars for steering, suspension, brakes, vehicle underbody work. In between our team members, we pride ourselves in having good vibes & lots of knowledge. Have that work & life balance as we don't do any weekend work.
- $1500 sign-on bonus*
- $3600 annual labour utilisation incentive on top of base rate*
- up to $2000 relocation allowance for moving expenses if relocating more than 500km*

**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU

**To be considered for this role you must**:
Have demonstrated diagnostic experience
Be passionate about all things automotive or 4WD
Love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Possess a friendly and confident demeanour, with a “can do” attitude
Have the ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
Be able to work as part of a team
Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to customers’ needs
Have the ability to coach and mentor apprentices

Those more seasoned professionals currently working in this role and industry but are looking for a new challenge within a progressive and dynamic Australian company. This is someone that could bring something more senior to the team.
Those who may be new to the role, but are hard-working, willing to learn, meet the above criteria, and can demonstrate their passion for automotive aftermarket products.
3rd or 4th year Apprentices are welcomed to apply.
