- The Role:

- Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time, permanent role based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, you will become a brand ambassador and embody our reputation for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made solutions.
- You will play a dynamic role in managing the engine room of our Mercedes-Benz Cars business by guiding our retail network and customers throughout the sales process, ensuring all parties receive excellent service at each touchpoint. You will use your knowledge and skills in sales excellence to steer our retailers in their day-to-day operations under our Agency Model to achieve the best business outcomes possible.
- Key duties & responsibilities:
- Managing all Agent (Retailer) queries across New Car, Used Car (Demonstrator) and Fleet Sales throughout the end to end processes.
- Sales performance & tracking/monitoring of market share, competitor development, segment development.
- Tracking and steering of sales targets, KPIs, Sales Channel and Strategic Sales Funnel.
- Monitoring of new car stock to ensure appropriate representation in order to maximise sales.
- Remain in constant contact with Agents (Retailers) to ensure a positive working relationship to assist them to achieve their goals, while acting as an escalation point for Mercedes-Benz Australia Pacific matters.
- Agent business consulting to provide guidance on adherence to standards, CSI and financial performance improvement, and on National Marketing initiatives, product management and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services related topics.

**Qualifikationen**:

- What you will need to be successful:
- Significant experience (8-10 years) in sales or automotive retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale automotive markets.
- Be able to present confidently and articulately to all levels of organisation, including our Retailer network and Senior Leadership Team.
- Must have excellent relationship building and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends from time to time as required.
