**About the Role**

This role will provide administrative and secretarial support services to the Community Safety Directorate, ensuring that administrative processing and reporting functions are carried out in accordance with established policy, procedures and deadline.

1. Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative and support services in a small team environment

2. High-level interpersonal and liaison skills and the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with sensitive and

confidential matters

3. Proven organisational skills including the ability to manage competing demands/priorities and produce

quality work within tight timeframes

4. Demonstrated written skills with experience in preparation and drafting of routine correspondence, reports,

submissions and briefs
