**YOUR ROLE**

The focus of this role is to design and drive IAG’s key Claims Supply Partner strategy. The role must leverage IAG’s scale and scope to optimise IAG’s Partner Relationships to be mutually beneficial.

Key outcomes include developing the automotive OEM engagement strategy, building required capacity across suppliers, delivering a brilliant customer experience and providing sustainable cost efficiencies.

You'll also capitalise on a deep understanding of emerging local and global trends as well as risks in the OEM, Automotive Repair & Property repair industry to drive new products, change existing products vale add services.

Join this fun, energetic and dynamic team, this is a **permanent **hybrid working role, we are open to applicants across **Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- You'll have proven experience developing OEM strategy
- You're a strategic thinker from the start, immediately implementing your ideas and strategies to the business and our suppliers
- You possess a solid understanding of vehicle parts and technology as well as emerging tech within the trade
- Procurement experience is vital for this role, you'll need to have excellent negotiation skills
- Proven experience when dealing with large sums of money and executing contract negotiations
- Leadership skills are essential, leading from the front to allow your team to succeed and grow
