**The Role**

Sniffers Group and Earth Fix has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate BDM/Sales Representative to join our team based at Stapylton. Immediate start available.

You will be expected to be a sales leader and set high standards for safety, quality and customer service and be responsible to drive the growth of the company. Responsibilities will include developing growth strategies and plans. Manage and retain relationships with existing clients whilst increasing the client base. Have in-depth knowledge of Sniffers / Earth Fix business products and services and value proposition.

You will be accountable for sales of all materials such as soils, sand, mulches, road base and aggregates as well as incoming waste materials such as concrete, bitumen, green waste and NDD Vac muds. You will be involved with both companies searching for work within our current client base and new clients. Managing activities such as topsoil strips and contract work, import and export of fill from Luscombe and our contract sites along with asbestos removal and contaminated sites.

This opportunity is a full-time salary package position, leading to advancement opportunities for the right individual.

**Key responsibilities**
- Set an example to all staff in relation to operating within the constraints of safety, quality, environmental and contractual obligations.
- Promote and maintain Customer Relations and treat all customers with respect.
- Produce Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Coordination & Implementation of business development projects.
- Identification of business development opportunities.
- Establish contacts and networks with industry and other organisations for the promotion of Sniffers Group and Earth Fix.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Researching prospects, cold calling potential customers and responding to incoming leads to increase your client base.
- Communication with all internal and external stakeholders and problem-solving as required.

**To be considered for this role, your qualifications and attributes will include**:

- Experience in either construction, transport, recycling, waste management or quarrying industries
- Ability to liaise with customers and clients
- Must have 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in tendering process
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with complex spreadsheets as well as Microsoft Word and CRM (HubSpot) (HubSpot experience preferred)
- An ability to prioritise, multitask effectively and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- An ability to prioritise work and be self-managed
- An ability to work as part of a dynamic team and be adaptable to change
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Trusted with confidential information
