**Your Purpose**

Due to an internal promotion, Fonterra are seeking an Account Manager - Export to join our team

Based at our modern Richmond head office and operating under a hybrid work model with work from home (WFH) opportunities, this is an exciting role where you will work with internal and external business partners to drive the development of new business opportunities in the export channel, from concept to commercialisation.

This position will see you work closely with the Senior Manager - Consumer Export & Retail Owned Brands, to both manage the existing export range, but also to identify and deliver new business opportunities to grow Fonterra Australia’s export business.

As our Account Manager - Export, you will identify opportunities to expand Fonterra Australia brands into new markets, or extend ranging into existing markets, as well as build and develop new and existing relationships with Fonterra in-market teams to identify key new business opportunities.

You will also:

- Directly manage distributor and direct customer relationships to achieve joint business targets, focussing on the export of Fresh Milk to China
- Influence cross functional teams to manage and deliver new products to market (from concept to launch)
- Ensure pricing, forecasts and product specs are accurately developed for all new products and markets
- Manage external stakeholders to effectively execute the export supply chain and logistics process (per SOP)

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in account, brand, or project management, and have the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects, incorporating individuals from multiple countries.

Experience working in the FMCG industry for at least 4 years is essential, while a background in the Export channel is preferred.

Your strong communication and relationship building skills, teamed with your knowledge of the export channel and understanding of the unique challenges, will see you succeed in this role.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications - Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
- 4 years minimum FMCG experience is essential, and knowledge of the Dairy industry is highly advantageous
- Proven experience in leading and delivering complex NPD projects
