Gallagher Bassett is Australia's largest Third Party Administrator (TPA). Our focus is refreshingly simple: we manage insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured corporations.

Gallagher Bassett (GB) has six offices in Australia located in Northern Territory, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, and employing over 1,400 staff.

**Responsibilities**:
The Talent Acquisition Partner reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and plays an integral role in executing key Talent and People Cultural initiatives that enable a high-performance culture.

**On a day to day basis you will**:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the GB business requirements in South Australia
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all recruitment in the region
- Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and internal ATS tools
- Develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs
- Be involved in key Talent & P&C projects to add value to the national recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records and integrity of data and produce detailed reporting through GB’s ATS

Qualifications:
**We are interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HRM, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline are desirable, but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in an internal talent role, with experience working within a multinational team being highly desirable
- Ability to develop and drive strong partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience working with recruitment ATS, LinkedIn & external testing providers
- Ability to prioritise workload, follow processes and adhere to deadlines
