**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Australian Steel Markets business in our Customer Service Team as an Account Coordinator with the option to be based in either Chullora or Port Kembla NSW. As BlueScope continues to grow we need to ensure we have the right mindsets, capabilities and skills to create and inspire smart solutions in steel to strengthen our communities for the future.

You will be the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of valued BlueScope customer accounts, maintaining our high standards of service delivery. You will gain invaluable exposure working across multiple business streams and stakeholders where you can grow your professional knowledge and experience and gain invaluable experience with an iconic Australian company.

**What Will You Do?**

In this varied and cross functional opportunity, you will:

- manage the customer experience for your account portfolio
- work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
- provide our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
- identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers

As an energetic customer service professional, you will bring your sociable and collaborative approach to the team. You will have the ability to take on leadership responsibilities with a focus on continuous improvements. You will have:

- experience within a customer service environment
- sound experience with relationship management and conflict resolution
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
- expertise with various digital platforms, open to dynamic process and system changes
