**Position Summary**
- Temporary Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight, inclusive of 1xADO per month (contract until April 2024)
- Provide quality, service-focused improvements through general administrative support
- Be responsible for administrative support & oversight of the entry of Outcome Measures into CMI

**About the facility**

Barwon Health's Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol Services (MHDAS) provides integrated and recovery orientated mental health and drug and alcohol assessment, treatment, harm reduction and community and family support to people of all ages within the Barwon Region currently experiencing, or at risk of experiencing mental health and/or drug and alcohol issues. Our service is internationally recognised for its innovative clinical programs and integrated models of practice that are consumer centred, accessible and family inclusive.

**About you**
- Project or administrative experience
- Working knowledge of iPM, CMI, TCM and other databases
- Experience working with Health Information / Medical Records
- Understanding of confidentiality principles i.e. Privacy Act
- Sound knowledge and experience with the Mental Health Tribunal which occurs weekly

**About the role**

This role will be responsible for administrative support and oversight of the entry of Outcome Measures into CMI. Other duties of the role include but are not limited to;
- Education and training for clinicians and other administrative staff across the service
- Assisting with the creation of internal compliance reports for managers and clinicians
- Assisting with data entry where required
- Auditing data entry in CMI
- Support during EMR implementation and the impact the new system will have on Outcome Measure recording and reporting
- Ensuring MHDAS is compliant with the requirement for Outcome Measures, including HONOS, Basis32, and Phase of Care, to be entered into the state wide Mental Health system, CMI
