**About the role and team**

The Banks Organisational Capability Team aims is to build the skills, knowledge and experience of our people in a working environment that is diverse and inclusive.

We have a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Lead Learning Coach to join the team. Reporting into the Senior Manager Learning Channels and Ecosystem, this role will be instrumental in driving the success, strategic, and tactical direction of the Learning Coach team and the Broader Learning Channels function.

Acting as an ambassador and key enabler for learning at the Bank. The Lead Learning Coach will lead and develop a team of five Learning Coaches operating across Australia.

If successful in the role, you’ll:

- Work collaboratively with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate events and lead a team to manage the delivery of learning across the organisation.
- Contribute to (and in some cases lead) the design, development and rollout of learning events, programs, and communities.
- Join a tight knit passionate team to facilitate workplace coaching, helping to build a strong culture of learning at the bank.

As part of the Learning Channels and Ecosystem team, you’ll also have access to contemporary learning technologies to support both your work and own career development.

This role can be based in one of our main office locations in Melbourne, Bendigo, or Adelaide. Whilst hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today, you’ll be required to come in into the office a minimum of two days per week.

**About you**

As a Lead Learning Coach, you’ll get to:

- Lead a team of passionate people to facilitate learning across the bank
- Drive team innovation and best practice, ensuring team projects and initiatives are successfully delivered within agreed timeframes.
- Work with the broader Organisational Capability teams to design and deliver programs and events.
- Support the Bank to build a learning organisation by connecting, nurturing, facilitating and sustaining groups with a shared interest / passion to learn from each other, and improve learning practices and performance.

To be successful in the role, you'll have:

- Exemplary, values-oriented leadership with a positive and flexible, results-focused attitude and ability to lead and coach a remote team.
- Advanced facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver face-to-face and virtual learning, As well as be a role model to a team of Learning Coaches
- High quality coaching skills
- Advanced ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and establish and maintain good, strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to create and design basic digital learning assets.
- Cert IV in Training and Education (or equivalent work experience)
- Coaching accreditation (highly desirable but not essential)
