**Your Role at Recovery Plus Support**:
As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting participants toward achieving their goals and leading fulfilling lives. Our **Recovery Coaching Plus Program** sets up our Recovery Coaches and the participants that we support for success By implementing capacity building recovery skills, such as motivation, resilience, and decision-making abilities, you'll be instrumental in their recovery journey.

Through delivering the Recovery Coaching Plus Program, you will:

- Facilitate the Development of recovery-focused relationships with participants through providing linkages to both NDIS Funded, community and mainstream services.
- Supporting participants with their recovery planning, ensuring participants and their care team are prepared for the episodic nature of mental health.
- Empowering participants to understand and navigate their support coordination needs within their NDIS Plan
- Navigating administrative tasks in collaboration with the participant and the Recovery Plus Support National Office Team to ensure continuity of support for participants.
- Providing **Tailored** support based on the participant’s needs, preferences and goals using a strength-based approach.
- Linking participants with community services and monitoring NDIS budgets.
- Support participants to monitor and understand their allocated NDIS funds to ensure effective use across the lifetime of the NDIS plan.
- Collaborate with the Duty Officers within the recovery coaching team to effectively support participants through the plan review process.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you possess the following skills:

- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet specific deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage in face-to-face support services.
- A strong focus on participant recovery and engagement in our cutting-edge Recovery Coaching Plus program.
- Excellent written communication skills to write clear and comprehensive case notes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements (must hold or be willing to obtain)**:

- Certificate IV in Mental Health or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/related field (including currently studying) OR 1 year of experience in the mental health sector or related field.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Minimum probationary driver's license and fully comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Orientation Certificate

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
