**The role**

This role is a generalist position and one that will engage you, with no two days being the same. It is perfect for an individual looking to utilise their HR skills within a supportive team. You’ll liaise closely with our people leaders and work across departments to uplift workplace culture and employee relations including:

- The development, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing key human resources and change advice.
- Implementation of employee engagement strategies.
- Driving organisational effectiveness in regard to workforce planning issues around resource management, attraction, retention, and performance.

**What you’ll bring**
- A continuous improvement focus, leading by example and demonstrating a proactive approach to work.
- Demonstrated experience in providing first point of contact advice and support in the management and resolution of operational human resources issues, including employee performance and disciplinary matters.
- Well-developed relationship building skills with a focus on partnering with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to negotiate and positively influence / advocate customer focused human resource strategies across all organisational levels.
- Ability to develop and coach managers in people management practices and processes.
