**THE ROLE**

As the Property Manager Operations (PMO) for UniLodge Southbank, you will assume a pivotal role in leading the management and financial performance of our 850-bed property, designed specifically for students. Drawing upon your expertise in student accommodation and/or real estate field, and leadership acumen, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, and fostering a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for all students.

Some of your key priorities include:

- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Must demonstrate ability to lead People, Product and Purpose in a high-octane environment.
- You will be thoroughly familiar with, and shall manage the property as per the management agreements
- Achieve and maximise the financial return to UniLodge and our Investors
- Ensure that accurate accounting of all resident related accounts for rental and sundries
- In conjunction with the Reporting Manager assist in the preparation of the Budget for the Owners Corporation/ Body Corporate
- Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion
- Ensure that the residents rights to tenancy conditions and privacy are maintained
- Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional property management company
- Build a high performing team with effective recruitment, delivery of relevant training and development to ensure that team members can reach their true potential

You will be a natural leader who is passionate about creating a positive high-performance culture, and developing your team through coaching and mentoring to ensure we continue to deliver an exemplary resident experience. Your will be a proficient communication (both written and verbal) and have the ability to modify your tone and message to engage with a diverse range of people.

- Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand

- Working with Children Check
- A Real Estate Agent Licence issued by QLD Fair Trading
