Abano Healthcare Group is seeking a passionate Regional Operations Manager to join our team in NSW and oversee the operational excellence of our Maven Dental Practices in the region.

As our Regional Operations Manager, in NSW, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the delivery of Dentistry in the region and make a positive difference to the lives of patients.

**Role**

As a highly regarded member of our Operations team, our Regional Operations Managers have the following responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the 17 Dental Practices within the region.
- Manage the Profit & Loss performance of the region with particular focus on revenue, gross margin and clinic labour costs.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of operational staff within the region, from Practice Managers to Reception Staff and Dental Assistants.
- Work to attract dentists to practice within the region and build up an increased roster of dentists to grow the network.
- Implement and maintain operational processes and standards to optimise efficiency and quality of care.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with your Region's General Manager to develop and execute business plans and strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.

**You**
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior operational management role, ideally within the healthcare industry, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate & manage a multi-site work environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
