**The Role**

We are seeking ambitious individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join the settlements team. This opportunity is perfect for someone tech-savvy that is eager to progress within an exciting high-growth business.

You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from existing customers and making outbound calls to potential customers (who have proactively expressed an interest in the service). This collaborative team culture welcomes innovative ideas, so you can help shape new processes and have a real impact on the business direction.

You will benefit from heaps of training and support in this role so that you can provide an informative service to the company's existing and potential clients

This start-up is conveniently located close to public transport, with the additional benefit of WFH flex

**The Duties**
- Assisting customers throughout the settlement process.
- Engaging with customers, vendors, and lenders to ensure a smooth and successful settlement experience.
- Answering inbound calls in a fast, flexible and dynamic way
- Making proactive calls to potential customers who have expressed an interest in the company's service.
- Educating customers, problem solving and building rapport
- Helping customers navigate the necessary steps and documentation required for completing their loans and finalizing settlements.
