Coopers Plains, Australia Tough Yakka Pty Ltd Full time

**Key responsibilities**:

- Safely coordinate all activities in the Warehouse
- Manage sales orders from Pick & pack, coordinating freight, load trucks, assist in organising delivery to client sites, locally & nationally
- Forklift Operation (valid forklift license essential)
- All orders packed in full and on time with correct strapping & wrapping to endure national carriage
- Organising and tracking local and national customer freight / logistics
- Secure 3rd party transport companies in each state to support customer deliveries from national carrier depots to site.
- Loading and unloading trucks, put away in correct locations
- Coordinate stock takes
- Supporting the sales team through the following
- Managing stock of cut samples
- Assist with inventory queries and forecasts
- Tracking freight and supporting freight queries
- Recording all activities with suppliers & customers in our CRM (HubSpot), following up sample requests
- Providing inventory requirements information to Finance Administrator to produce Purchase Orders
- Inventory coordination/ stock takes

**Skills required**:

- Ability to pack all orders in full and on time with correct strapping & wrapping, to endure national carriage
- Competent forklift driver with valid forklift license
- Computer skills required (intermediate)
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP software
- Customer and supplier service skills
- Relationship building skills
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
