**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced
**HSEQ Coordinator** to join our dynamic team in Redbank and work closely with our HSEQ Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, and promoting a generative safety culture. Your expertise in improving safety performance and your passion for ensuring a safe work environment will be key assets to our team.

**Key Functions and responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with the meeting requirements outlined in the Management System Manuals
- Coordinate with Site Managers to develop and maintain a site training matrix for all staff
- Add site-specific documents to the document control system
- Promote and document Improvement Opportunities and Customer Complaints via the Paradigm 3 system, and ensure that issues are discussed during monthly compliance meetings with DC/Branch Management
- Conduct internal IMS audits on site and ensure timely reporting to HSEQ Manager ANZ
- Prepare the site for external IMS audits and assist the External Auditor during the audit
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of company records and oversee induction training for all staff and visitors.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- Internal QMS Auditor Training
- Proficient knowledge in QMS / EMS programs
- Safety management system roles
- Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry experience
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc.)
