Exciting opportunity for a for an experience Technical Lead to work closely with highly collaborative technology and business teams to deliver a global transformation program for the Macquarie Asset Management business.

In this role, you will work closely with the Document and Identity Governance team to translate requirements for the group wide Sharepoint uplift program, including migration from a legacy system, meeting regulatory compliance objectives for records management and retention, and working to implement technology solutions to transform user experience.

You will work directly with stakeholders, form a deep understanding of document management for the Macquarie Asset Management business, implement solutions in conjunction with Infrastructure and Personal Technology team.

To be successful in this role, you will meet most if not all of these requirements:

- Possess a strong technical background, ideally with experience in the document management space. Microsoft 365, iManage, Records Management experience highly desirable.
- Experience in delivery of global transformation projects, ideally working in an Agile environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience influencing across Technology and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be confident in leading and performing analysis for early scoping and project analysis & planning activities with a hands-on attitude.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment where priorities shift as we manage across multiple projects and hard deadlines.
- Have a strong sense of accountability and integrity as you lead the delivery and support your team.
