A unique opportunity to work on transformation and change in a critical function of an iconic Australian institution. We are seeking an experienced Change Specialist to provide specialised change management expertise and leadership to our transformation and change initiatives. Work closely with executives and leaders to develop the operating model and implement a change program with high impact and visibility. With a primary focus on IT transformation, you will ensure that people are ready, able and willing to embrace new ways of working.

**Your background**
What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in leading, planning and implementing transformation-related change management projects and/or initiatives, preferably within a consulting practice
- Extensive knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key technical and non-technical stakeholders across the Bank
- Proven ability to design and maintain an operating model design
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or APMG Change Management Practitioner) or equivalent (Desirable)
- Be able to interpret and translate abstract concepts into clear communication and engaging content to multiple audiences
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions and workshops

Reporting to Senior Manager, IT Transformation and Change, the role will be part of our Strategy, Transformation and Governance function. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, inclusive and collaborative team environment and have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
