**Position - Contract Manager**

Quayclean Australia is the largest provider of cleaning, hygiene and resource recovery services to Stadiums, Racecourses, Leisure facilities, Government departments and Private Schools. The company employs over 5,000 staff delivering services and we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team as Contract manager of a major Wollongong based Public Precinct.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- A natural leader and organiser of teams
- A great eye for detail, understand how to read and deliver a scope of services
- Able to manage and operate across a rotating seven-day roster
- Excellent communication and written skills
- A demonstrated ability to build a team, while maintaining a high level of communication and service standards to our customer.
- A tertiary qualification is desired, as is an excellent command of English both written and verbal.

Whilst experience in the cleaning industry is not critical, a demonstration of skill in any services industry is preferred. You will naturally be an organiser and planner, with an ability to clearly articulate the outcomes and standards expected.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- people management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/04/2024
