We are looking for an experienced **Human Resources Administrator **who is reliable, driven and confident working within this industry. If you have a Human Resources background, are confident working independently and are able communicate effectively, this is the role for you

**Your role**:

- Supporting development of new and existing projects
- Utilise HRIS databases and various systems
- Document new processes and update workflows relevant to various teams
- Running reports from relevant systems for the project or program
- Coordinating project meetings, record and follow up on actions taken
- Supporting various teams to develop projects, integrated project plans, resource & contingency planning, and related project administration tasks
- Formatting and creation of documents, presentations & internal communications
- Tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan

**Required**:

- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role
- NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children's Check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A can do, motivated attitude and great work ethic
- Experience working within HR, with an ability to work autonomously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
