Job Description

Bosch Rexroth is currently seeking a talented Human Resources Manager with a solid track record in overseeing various business activities like payroll management, compliance training, salary evaluations, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will take charge of talent acquisition, performance appraisal, as well as industrial relations and employee relations tasks. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a key role in promoting learning and development opportunities and driving people-centric culture initiatives.

Responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Cultivating a high-performance work environment aligned with the organization's strategic goals and day-to-day operations.
  • Heading and supervising recruitment operations.
  • Strategizing and executing training and development schemes.
  • Backing competency management (CptM) and annual training scheme.
  • Coordinating GPD / People Dialogue, TAR, and ASR procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and related tax procedures.
  • Meeting C/AU, QMM audit criteria
  • Overseeing employee workers' compensation claims and rehabilitation programs post-injury.
  • Coordinating Bosch associate surveys.
  • Managing Personnel Marketing initiatives
  • Leading Diversity and Leadership enhancement endeavors.
  • Crafting and implementing flexible HR strategies to attract, engage, and sustain a talented workforce.
  • Driving the division or site strategy through suitable HR actions.
  • Guaranteeing adherence to HR guidelines, policies, and processes within the designated scope.
  • Fulfilling any additional duties assigned by the company, whether within or beyond the Human Resources division.

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Extensive experience in both strategic and operational HR domains.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional expertise
  • Demonstrated expertise in workers' compensation procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven proficiency in recruitment, leadership development, and competence management.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
  • Documented proficiency in strategic and operational HR functions.
  • Proficiency in overseeing payroll operations.
