What this job involves
Manage the facilities management of the Leased Premises within the designated PayPal portfolio. Develop sound working relationships with key client staff. Manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned facilit.
This position will assist the Regional Account Director to deliver the full range of services to the Client.

Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics
Training & Development of team members
Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Facilities Management ServicesManagement of Facilities as designated by the Regional Account Director
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met
Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
Ensure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained
Ensuring everyone stays safeThis role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.
Report and escalation of WHS near miss/good catches and incidents in accordance with CMO reporting tool and escalation matrix.
Keeping an eye on the Site & OperationsRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
Use and maintain the facility databasePreparedness to develop a strong understanding of the various facility management database systems
Complete, update and maintain applicable web based management information systems, including uploading various property documentation
Ensure all data is held accurately in our systems to allow payment in a timely manner
Limiting Risk to JLL & PayPalEnsure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained.
Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and maintained
Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies
A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client. An engaging facilities and people manager who thrives on inspiring and developing their team.
Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Possess a can do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Min. Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or 3 years + experience in facilities, property management, or related field
Leadership skills and ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver projects
Has experience working in critical environments & facilities
Knowledge of HS&E requirements
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property
An Australian Citizen
